We are happy to provide a 30-day Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee. Our products can be returned for any reason, for up to 30 days. A refund back to the original form of payment will be issued after the product is returned.
If you would like to return your order or item, please contact Customer Service by email.
What do we need? Please include the following information so Customer Service can email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label:
- Order number
- Items being returned (or just indicate the entire order)
- Reason for the return
- Preference of refund or in-store credit
The item must be unused (if applicable) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact Customer Service by email with the same information as above for further return instructions.
If 30 days or more have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items (soaps, bath bombs, beauty products, etc)
- ITEMS ON SALE
There are certain situations where only partial or NO refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.*
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that was returned without a warning.
*If the item was damaged during delivery please let us know. All packages are insured.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
